Funding our Village Efforts

Your financial contribution will directly help fund our efforts to build a new Acholi village, transforming generations of lives in the process. All donations received will go directly to supporting our village with purchase of livestock, crops, and their ongoing living needs and to the ultimate construction of our schools, housing, and other infrastructure. As funding allows, projects will be completed mostly in the order outlined on our Village Project page.

The administrative costs for our organization are covered through other funding sources to allow 100% of your donations to be used directly for our mission project. Your donations are tax-deductible.

Donate to General Village Fund

3% Cover the Fee

You can donate through several payment options, including credit/debit card, ACH (for one-time donations $250 or higher), or Apple Pay (if paying from your iPhone Wallet). Use the separate link below to donate through PayPal. These donations will be used to fund our Ugandan village construction projects. The administrative costs for our organization are covered through other funding sources to allow 100% of your donations to be used directly on our Ugandan mission. We are an official US 501(c)(3) organization. Your donations are tax-exempt.

Donate to the Water Well Project

Fig Tree and Vine is currently working with the Ugandan Water Project, a reputable 501(c)(3) organization, to build a large borehole well. The well is completed but we are still waiting on the installation of a solar-powered mechanized pump and a retention tank. There is still some funding needed to completed this final step to bring water to our village. Learn more about this project on our Village Project page.
